L'Ecurie is built on the foundations of an old stable block and is positioned across the courtyard from Le Vieux Café.

During the winter of 2011 we are completing lots of renovations to L'Ecurie - including - knocking out the small second bedroom and extending into the garage next door to provide a much larger second bedroom, with 2 single beds. The living/dining room will then become a much larger room.

The windows in the master bedroom have been replaced, and a corridor is being added from the master bedroom to the kitchen, with a separate door to the bathroom.

We will add new photos when all the works have been completed - should be very soon!

The living room has a large open fireplace and beamed ceiling. Here you will find a TV with UK & French satellite channels, a DVD player, a CD player with USB connections and a laptop loaded with free secure WiFi Internet access & email facilities. Outside there is a private decked area with table and chairs and a BBQ. The perfect location for watching the sun set and tasting some of the local wines. There is a dining area in the living room, with a table that can extend to seat 6 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all home comforts, such as dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & conventional oven. There is a full range of crockery & cutlery, along with plastic utensils for younger children. There is also a high chair available.

The master bedroom has fantastic views across the garden to the Marais beyond, and a telescope is provided to see the wildlife that lives there more clearly. This bedroom has a feature double bed, along with a cot for young children and there is also a further single bed available if required. The Master bedroom has a central ceiling fan for the summer evenings, and the whole house is heated with electric radiators for the winter months.

The smaller bedroom has bunk beds and the top bunk is suitable for children over six years old. This bedroom is being knocked out, and a new, larger bedroom is being created which will have 2 single beds, a large wardrobe and seating area.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin, bidet and toilet.

All Bed linens, hand, bath and tea towels are included with the rental price, but please bring your own pool and beach towels.
