Rental Tariffs for Le Vieux Café Holiday Cottage
Bookings are being taken for 2023 and 2024 - Book Now & Book Direct!
Prices are in Pounds Sterling and are based on a weekly rental per holiday home and not per person.
All bed linens and towels (hand, bath and tea) are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels.
If you wish to pay in Euros, we will calculate the exchange rate on the day of your reservation.
Our holiday cottages are located in a commune (village or town) that charges a tourist tax to all paying visitors over the age of 18 years old. The tax helps local communes finance advertising, marketing, events, and initiatives to develop tourism.
The tax is paid per person, per night basis, and the charge is typically around £0.80pppn.
When you go through the booking process, the rental costs shown in the tariff table (per week/night) do not include this tax, this will show as an 'Additional Cost' on the form once you have clicked on 'Continue' after choosing your dates on the calendar.
Initially, the tax will be calculated for all members of your holiday group - including children under 18 years old. Once we receive your completed form, we will revise the total Tourist Tax chargeable to only include the adults in your group. This is a quirk of our booking system as it is only capable to add additional costs for all group members.
Short Break Holidays: Book your 3 or 4 night holiday from October until Mid-May each year.
Le Vieux Café Availability Calendar
Please note that from Mid-May until the end of September all holidays must start and end on a Saturday so as to fit in with other bookings. From October until Mid-May we can be more flexible with holiday start and end dates, and the minimum stay during this period is 3 nights.
Dates in marked Green on the calendar are available. Dates that are underlined are potential start dates for your holiday.
Dates marked in Yellow or Red are not available.

For the tourist tax - if your holiday is between April and the end of October in any year, please add the number of adults and the tax will be calculated accordingly.
A £100 Security deposit is also required for each house that is rented and this is paid with the final balance payment 8 weeks before the holiday start date. This will be returned within two weeks of the end of your holiday once we have inspected the holiday home.
The final balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. (We will send an email to remind you of this date)
If you are booking your holiday less than 8 weeks before the start date of the holiday, then the full rental cost is payable at time of reservation.
Payments can be made by Direct Bank Transfer, Cheque or Credit Card through our secure booking platform.
