Le Vieux Café Holiday Cottage

Outside there is large new terrace, with a dining table and chairs for up to 8 guests. There is a Webber charcoal BBQ, with a side serving table. A new wooden pergola with shaded top has been built over the terrace, plus there are some low lounger chairs and a small table - perfect for relaxing after a long day of lying by the pool!

In the living room you will find a TV with UK and French satellite TV channels, a DVD player, a CD/radio player with USB connections for MP3 players. There is also a laptop with free secure Wi-Fi Internet access. There are two new three-seater leather sofas, plus a large two seater sofa that doubles up as a sofa bed (metal frame - very comfy!).

We have a basket full of tourist information, plus a telescope for bird watching.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, along with plenty of crockery & cutlery for everyone - there is also a range of plastic plates, beakers, cutlery and bowls for toddlers and young children. The dining table can extend to seat 8/10 guests.

Leading from the kitchen is a ground floor shower room with shower, hand basin and WC. A high chair and booster seat are available for young children.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The large master bedroom (30m²) has a double bed, a single bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and views across to the village church. A cot is also provided in this room for younger children.

The other two bedrooms each have two single beds - one room can be made into double bed if needed, and a third single bed can be placed in the other twin room if required.

The stairs have gates at both top and bottom for the security of your children. All bedrooms have double glazing and functioning shutters to keep the bedrooms dark so that you can sleep in longer during summer.

Bed linen, hand, bath and tea towels are included in with the rental price, but please bring your own pool and beach towels.

There is a second shower room on the first floor with a double shower cubicle, hand basin with storage cupboard and separate toilet.

The house has radiators for the winter months and the heating costs are included in with the rental price for weekly rentals. If you are booking a long winter let, then electricity and heating will be charged according to your usage.

You are welcome to bring your pet dog with you for your holiday, but we ask that you do not allow them in the bedrooms. There is a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs to stop them going upstairs and a large cosy alcove under the stairs to put a dog bed for your dog to sleep. We have a selection of toys for your dog - balls, knotted rope, thrower. Please be aware that we have cats here that love to torment visiting dogs!
